Data we collect

When you contact us through the form, email or WhatsApp: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Purposes

We use your data to answer your request, prepare quotes and follow up on what you asked for. If you don't want follow-up, tell us at any time and we will only answer your request.

Processors and transfers

To run this site we use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (form delivery), Google Workspace (email) and Oracle Cloud (hosting for our web analytics). We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Include your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reach you. We reply within 20 business days at most.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We count visits with Umami, self-hosted and cookieless: it stores no IP addresses and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical browser data only to tell people apart from bots.
